My tasting notes 📝
Nose. Sweet Malt, Cinnamon and Shortbread.
Palate. Black Pepper, Hazlenut, Oak and Nutmeg.
Finish. Clove Spice, Toffee Popcorn and Almond.
With water💧 - (Although the whiskey becomes more drinkable, I find it less enjoyable, since the flavours are less intense.)
My opinion 🗣- A ferociously impressive release from #hydewhiskey that is unquestionably my favourite so far. So, if you're looking for a big and punchy Irish Single Grain whiskey with robust flavours, give this one a try.
